    Role overview

    Provide individualized outpatient psychotherapy to adults and adolescents within professional scope.     Minimum qualifications

    • Active Minnesota LICSW or LCSW credential in good standing, as applicable to the role

    Role overview

    Provide person-centered psychotherapy and clinical services within Minnesota licensure and scope-of-practice requirements.     Role overview

    Deliver community-based ARMHS interventions under the agency's treatment supervision structure. Teach and practice skills connected to each client's functional assessment and individual treatment plan, document the service and response, coordinate appropriately, and maintain professional boundaries. This role does not provide housekeeping, transportation, or services outside the treatment plan.

    Minimum qualifications

    • Meets a Minnesota mental health practitioner or rehabilitation worker qualification pathway appropriate to assigned duties
    • Able to provide services in homes and community settings
    • Able to complete objective, timely service documentation
    • Completes required orientation, supervision, training, and background study before independent duties
    • Valid driving credentials and reliable travel capability when required by the position
  • Intake Coordinator

    Support new client onboarding, insurance verification, and scheduling.

    Role overview

    Coordinate the first steps of care with accuracy, warmth, and respect. Receive inquiries, gather required demographic and coverage information, support scheduling and referral follow-up, maintain confidential records, and route urgent concerns according to agency procedures. This is an administrative role and does not make clinical eligibility decisions.

    Minimum qualifications

    • Experience in healthcare intake, scheduling, customer service, or a related administrative role
    • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to protect confidential information and follow privacy procedures
    • Comfort using electronic records, telephone, and scheduling systems
